I’m going through an awful rehashing of a 9-month-old breakup myself. Learning about his engagement to the woman he left us for at a time when I was my most healthy didn’t help matters. I appreciate knowing the blows do come and setting boundaries, even with nosy, meddling family, is so important to recovery. Thanks for sharing this.
